2. What are your making charges for 22 carat gold items?
For Hallmarked & KDM Jewellery items, our making charges are Rs 199/- per gram plus wastage.

1. What are the different payment modes available?
Siddhijewellery.com offers online as well as offline payment options:

Online:
 > Online Fund Transfer: You can choose from all major banks in India to transfer money. The required bank details are displayed before confirming the order.

Offline:
 > Offline payments can be made by Cash or by Direct 
Deposit from your nearest bank (The required bank details are displayed before confirming the order).
Customers making offline payment should contact Siddhi Jewellery on 0832-2217733 / 2222244 and confirm his/her payment modalities.

Please note that payments will be accepted only in INR.
 
 
2.Once I make payment, in how many days will I receive my ordered items?
You should receive the ordered items maximum within 15 days.

Please Note: Order above Rs 60000/- shall not be considered for Home Delivery. The customer should take the ordered items in person from our showroom at Pilar (Goa) or EEC office at Panaji (Goa)
The time quoted by us is the best possible time.
In case our delivery personal is not able to trace your address or if you are not available at the time of delivery, he shall try to deliver the item twice; thereafter you will have to compulsorily collect the item within 1 month from our Siddhi Jewellery showroom at Pilar (Goa) or EEC office at Panaji (Goa).
We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
You can also opt (at the time of placing the order) to directly collect the item from our Siddhi Jewellery showroom at Pilar (Goa) or EEC office at Panaji (Goa).
 

3. Do you accept orders from outside Goa?
No. Currently we won’t entertain any orders from outside Goa.
  


 
SHIPPING & DELIVERY related FAQs

1. Which courier service do you use?
In Goa, your order will be shipped and delivered via our own courier service. Our courier service will not be provided outside Goa.
 
 
2. What are your shipping charges?
Rs 250/- shipping charges for all the customers residing in Goa.
These delivery charges are to be paid at the time of receiving the ordered items.
If there are 4 or more orders at one place & at same time, all those customers will get free shipping.

3. Which documents & ID proofs do I need to submit at the time of delivery?
The customer, at the time of delivery, has to provide any two of the following government approved photo ID proofs:
 > Aadhaar Card
 > Driver’s License
 > PAN card
 > Voters Id card
If a customer wants his/her order to be delivered to a different person, then the customer, at the time of placing the order, has to specify the full name, complete address and other details of the person who will receive the order. At the time of delivery, the person who will receive the order, will have to provide any two of the above mentioned government approved photo ID proofs.
Delivery shall be made by our delivery personal only after the photo and name of the recipient is verified and confirmed by the delivery personal. To ensure safe and secure delivery of the order, the delivery personal will also note down the details of the government approved photo identification proofs.
The recipient of the order must cooperate with the delivery personal by providing the required and valid copies of his / her government approved photo identification.
 
 

 
CANCELLATION & REFUND related FAQs

1. What is our Cancellation and Refund policy?
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped.
The user should send a mail at support@siddhijewellery.com with Subject: ORDER CANCELLATION [order no] and the reason of cancellation in the content of the mail.
On a valid cancellation request, user will receive a confirmation email & a Gift voucher of the total amount paid for the order, which can be used to place a fresh order.
If the order comprises of multiple items, the entire order needs to be cancelled.
