We understand that every piece of jewellery that is bought from siddhijewellery.com is special – a gift to yourself or a loved one...
We therefore take utmost care in creating and inspecting the item thoroughly and pack it carefully. The recipients receiving the delivery must open the package and check its contents prior to accepting the delivery or signing the delivery receipt. If you find that there is a defect in the jewellery item in your placed order or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged or ring size is wrong, please refuse to take the delivery of the package, and send a replacement request at support@siddhijewellery.com with subject: ORDER REPLACEMENT [order reference number] & the detailed reason for refusing to accept the delivery in the content of the mail. On a valid replacement request, a replacement delivery shall be made to you at the earliest. Re-shipment charges shall have to be borne by the recipient when receiving the replacement. We shall provide maximum one replacement. But, after one replacement, if you are still not satisfied with the item, you will compulsorily have to come to our showroom during office hours to inspect the item and take hand delivery.
